Delivery carrier

Orders are sent using Royal Mail. The delivery service and any applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout based on the order and delivery address.

Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Orders may take longer to dispatch during busy periods, promotions, weekends and bank holidays.

Delivery times

Royal Mail delivery times can vary depending on the service selected and the destination. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Royal Mail and delays can occasionally occur.

Tracking

Where your chosen Royal Mail service includes tracking or confirmation, the relevant tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable delivery period, please contact us at orders@cocoandcopets.co.uk with your order number so we can help.

International delivery

Where international delivery is available, any applicable delivery charges, taxes, duties or import charges will be handled as shown at checkout or as required for the destination. Customers are responsible for any charges that are legally payable by them on import.
