When will my box be sent?
Your first subscription order is placed when you subscribe. After that, your recurring subscription orders renew on the 1st of each month.
Orders placed close to the monthly renewal date may be moved to the following subscription cycle in line with our subscription schedule. Your delivery is then sent using our usual delivery service, with delivery charges calculated at checkout where applicable.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription after your initial order. Your subscription will then stop from future renewal orders, subject to any order that has already been placed or is already being processed.
Good to know
Subscription boxes are made up of a changing selection of treats. Contents, treat types and quantities may vary depending on availability and new products added to our range. Treats shown on product pages are examples and are not guaranteed to be included in every box.
