2. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products shown in your order. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and agree to supply the products, subject to availability and these terms.
We may contact you if there is a problem with your order, including an availability, pricing or payment issue.
3. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs and other information are accurate. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or the product batch.
Pet treats, food and supplements should be used in accordance with the product packaging and feeding or usage guidance. Products are intended for pets and should be kept away from children unless otherwise stated. If you have concerns about a pet’s health, allergies, medication or suitability of a product, seek advice from a qualified veterinary professional before use.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the website at the time you order. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is processed.
5. Delivery
We use Royal Mail for delivery. Delivery information, available services and charges are shown at checkout where applicable. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times can be affected by weekends, bank holidays, carrier delays and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality where required by law.
7. Cancelling an online order
If you are a consumer buying online, you will usually have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, followed by a further 14 days to return them, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
8. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. Nothing in these terms affects liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

You must not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version applying to your order will be the version in force when you place the order, unless a change is required by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
